The ambient temperature has a great influence on the discharge and charging performance of lithium battery, which may cause thermal runaway battery pack in extreme cases. In terms poor cooling effect caused by only using bottom plate for liquid fact that needs to be preheated before it can used normally, new structure design was carried out, variety schemes preheating were proposed analysis comparison. Star ccm+ simulation software analyze study their under different conditions. best scheme obtained comparing results analysis. show two vertical plates one is best, when with certain flow through pipe period time, then discharged until reaches working range. research have reference value control vehicle iron phosphate battery.
